June
The summer sales have kicked off too, so I’ve picked up a few timeless, easy pieces and treated myself to a beauty refresh with all my holy grail staples restocked (all my favourite bits also linked here).
We had a few other fun things going on in June; I have just returned from Indonesia (more on that below), but closer to home, we had a three-day Net-A-Porter Style Suite at The Peninsula; think all things new season, from elevated staples to bold, statement looks, with an exclusive preview of Fernando Jorge’s new Vertex collection.
I’m now in full summer prep mode; most of our plans are in place, and the countdown is officially on. Currently leaning into floaty silhouettes, lightweight layers, and the effortless cool of a well-cut Hareem pant. Breezy, breathable, and just the right amount of statement.
My cousin got married - the perfect excuse to get dressed up. I wore a Deme dress, paired with pieces from Lucy Delius, one of my favourite jewellery designers. Her pieces are delicately bold and strike the perfect balance between antique romance and contemporary edge, they always add the right touch of individuality, especially for a special occasion.
I was also invited for a one-to-one facial at Wildsmith’s Treehouse, located within Liberty. They were originally created for The Bothy at Heckfield Place, which I had the chance to visit back in March. What they’ve done so brilliantly is bring the essence of Heckfield to the heart of London. The room is encircled by screens projecting the grounds of Heckfield Place, which change with the seasons depending on when you visit. As I was cleansed, exfoliated, massaged and moisturised, I was surrounded by the gentle sounds of nature; an immersive, sensory escape in the middle of the city.
Whether you're treating yourself or searching for the perfect gift, this would be high on my list. I was lucky enough to leave with a selection of products (including a few exciting unreleased formulas) so I’ll be sharing my thoughts on those soon.

The Mood, Served
Alfie’s at The Alfred Tennyson
It gives off that effortless Parisian charm, all while watching over Sloane Square. I like to go early and grab a table outside. It’s the perfect spot to watch the town slowly come to life. The avocado on toast never misses. It’s also a favourite for dinner, though I’ve yet to try it in the evening!
Came here to celebrate a great friends birthday. We were a table of 10 in the downstairs private room and were given set menu fulling of sharing plates.
The highlight for me? The soft serve with olive oil for dessert - unexpectedly brilliant. A great spot for a summer lunch, especially with their outdoor seating.
Dove
Upstairs in the Alfred Tennyson Pub in Belgravia and honestly the nicest spot, the food was delicious and the Negroni’s perfect ratio. I’d highly recommend the prawns and asparagus to start.
Colbert
Dim Sum Bar, Harrods
Random I know, and I’m sad I didn’t take photos of this as it was a quick stop for a bite to eat and didn’t think it would be much but the Dim Sum bar in the Harrods Food Hall was actually sensational so I highly recommend if you ever find yourself there.
As of yesterday, we just returned from a trip in Indonesia, travelling across Sumba, Bali and Komodo, which entailed two weeks of barefoot luxury and total bliss.
More on that here…
